Obituary for
Bruce Joseph Vidomski
Bruce Joseph Vidomski was born December 1, 1930 at Yorkton, Saskatchewan to Martin and Angelina (nee Yarishowski) Vidomski. He received his schooling in Kamsack following which he went to work for various companies, such as the Shand power station and the pipeline at Coronach, as a labourer . One of the high points of his life was meeting Phyllis LeDoux in September of 1964 and this union was blessed with two children as well as five stepchildren. Bruce really enjoyed and took great pride in his garden and he could be found outside puttering in the garden at any time of the day. One of the things in his life that gave him peace and enjoyment was spending time at Madge Lake, specifically Pickerel Point Campground. He would take his little dog in his little car, and as many grandkids as could fit, and head for the lake. Once there he would either relax at the campsite listening to the radio, take the grandkids (the ‘shrimpies’ as he called them) for ice cream, or go sit at the landfill and watch the bears.
Bruce was predeceased by his father Martin, his wife Phyllis and one son in infancy. He leaves to
mourn his passing: his mother, Angelina; a sister, Linda; his daughter Linda Kisser and her daughters Crissa and Roxanne, his daughter Donna (Doug) Schultz and their children Garth, Sara, Crystal, Chelsea, and Jessica; his daughter Michelle and her daughter Cassandra, and sons Randy, Shane, and Farren; and his daughter Millie and her children Linda and David; great-grandchildren Samantha, Kaaisa, Michael, Alexis, Bryann, Britany and Carter, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and former co-workers.
