Clara was born on September 28, 1928, at Neudorf, Saskatchewan. She was baptized and confirmed in the Christian faith and received her education at Baber school. On May 25,1947, she married Val Keller; together they farmed in the Lemberg area until 1956 when they moved to Melville. In 1975 Val and Clara once again became full-time farmers.

Clara was always busy. She was an excellent homemaker, enjoying gardening, baking, cooking and entertaining family and friends. She especially loved children. At family gatherings, she was often found playing a game or just visiting with the kids. Clara was an active member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, helping out when she was needed. She enjoyed her many years of coffee dates with her friends and neighbours.

Clara was a kind and loving soul. She will be dearly missed.
