In loving memory of Dana Lorayne Seib, loving mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, who passed away peacefully after a short, courageous battle with cancer.

Dana was born in Melville, SK, to parents Fred and Valerie Bittner, the third of six siblings. She was a very special person with many talents, such as singing and playing the piano. Dana enjoyed visits with her children and grandchildren, going for her daily coffee, baking, listening to music, and shopping at the local stores. She also spent her summers at Crooked Lake with her mom, with whom she lived for a lot of her life. There are many memories with Dana that her family will cherish forever.

In Dana’s late twenties, she encountered health problems; throughout it all, she managed to persevere and stay strong, especially in her faith. Her last year was spent in the Yorkton nursing home where her caring, compassionate nature drew others in. Her big smile and her special chuckle, “Tee Hee”, was heard by many and will be remembered.

Dana was predeceased by her father, Fred Bittner (1998); her mother, Valerie Bittner (2022); brother Gary Bittner (2011); grandmother Elma Parker (2002); and grandfather Edwin Parker (1977).

Dana leaves behind her children, Joshua Seib (Brittany) and their children, Trinity, Christian, Faith and Grace; Angella Seib (Shawna); her sisters, Brenda Page (Bob), Karen Hildebrandt (Doug) and Carla Bittner-Debnam (Mike); brother Brent Bittner; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

If you wish, memorial donations can be made in Dana’s memory to the Schizophrenia Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
