Margaret Sedgwick of Melville, SK, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at the age of 84 years.
Margaret McRitchie Young was born August 12, 1938, to William and Coreen Young. On October 10, 1958, she married Donald Sedgwick; they were blessed with three children, Sheila, Edward and Kenneth. Margaret and Donald farmed in the Neudorf area and retired into Melville in 1996. She resided at St. Paul Lutheran Home at the time of her passing.
Margaret was predeceased by her parents; husband Donald Sedgwick; son Kenneth Sedgwick; grandson Curtis; brothers Bill and Jim Young; sisters Gertrude Hausch and Jackie Walden. She will be lovingly remember by her children, Sheila (Dale) Thies and Edward (Laura) Sedgwick; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister Georgina Sies, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
