Obituary for Helen Brannen (Leduc)

Helen Brannen (Leduc)
Till we meet again, we pray for Helen and those that predeceased her; husband, Hugh Denise Brannen and daughter, Anne Christensen, father and mother, Daniel and Annie Leduc (nee Allison), brothers, Archie, Evan and Jack Leduc and sister, Catherine (Katie) Wylie.

Helen is survived by her oldest sibling, Allison Leduc who was surprised by her presence at his 99th birthday celebration in October of this year. She traveled with her daughter Brenda Brannen-Hayden from Saskatchewan. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Tammy, Tanya, Kyle, Kimberly, Taylor, Julianne, Jesse and 9 great-grandchildren with another one on the way. Sons-in law, Gord Christensen and John Linkewich, sisters-in-law, Merle & Jessie Leduc must also be mentioned as they will miss her greatly, along with many loved nieces and nephews.

Helen grew up in the area and she and Denise (Dee) farmed on the 2nd until they moved to Ottawa in 1960. An active member with the CWL for over 60 years Helen was known to be a hard-working, generous and loving woman, always willing to help. (Known for her "mama buns") We will miss her and love her forever.
