Obituary for Eldon Graff

Eldon was born February 16, 1948, in Regina to Harold and Cecelia (nee Lutz) Graff. In 1980 he met the love of his life, Sandy Kereluik, and they were married on February 27, 1982; together they had two children, Jadda, who was born that May and Garret, who followed in March 1985.

Throughout his life, Eldon had a few careers. He worked as a mechanic in Regina, but his love for farming found him moving his entire family out to Lemberg in the summer of 1987. He continued to farm but in winter was the caretaker of the skating rink. Later he began to drive truck, which he did permanently when he sold his remaining land later on in life. Eldon loved nothing more than having a laugh and sharing stories at the lumber yard with his cousins Jack and Gary. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Eldon was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Cecelia Graff and sister Nadine McMillan (Graff). He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sandy Graff (Kereluik), daughter Jadda (Elton) Doyle and son Garret (Robyn) Graff; grandchildren Harrison and Rory Doyle and Sydnie and Aidynn Graff; sister Beryl Graff; brother Garnet (Michelle) Graff and many special nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to all the wonderful staff at St. Peter’s Hospital, Melville who always treated Eldon with kindness and showed him endless compassion in his last days. We are forever grateful.
