Obituary for Dustin Domres

Dustin William August Domres of Whitewood was born in Regina on July 1, 1982, to Bill and Wendy Domres and passed away suddenly on December 1, 2017, near Esterhazy at the age of 35 years.

Dustin grew up on a farm outside of Whitewood where he helped on the farm, played hockey and brought sunshine to family and friends. After graduation he began his life as a rolling stone. He lived and worked all over Saskatchewan and Alberta but settled on coming home to Whitewood a decade ago to raise a family and work.

Dustin is predeceased by his parents, Bill and Wendy Domres. He is survived by the love of his life, his daughter, Payten Domres, of Ituna; grandmother Cathy Cadrain of Glaslyn, SK; his siblings, Karen (Kirby) McBurney of Ottawa, ON; Kelly (Donna) Domres of St. George, NB; Kristy Domres of St. George, NB; Amanda (Tyson) Brule of Whitewood, SK; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and more friends than he probably ever understood. You are so loved and missed. May you now be walking on sunshine.

Memorial donations may be made to Royal University Hospital Foundation, earmarked for mental health and addictions treatment, to try to aid those who suffer, and avoid another bright-eyed, wonderful person from having to travel that lonely path.
