Donald James Sedgwick, formerly of Melville, SK, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017, in Yorkton, SK.

Donald was born on February 19, 1931, to Albert and Reta (Clark) Sedgwick at the family farm near Neudorf, SK, where he grew up. He married Margaret Young, and together they farmed until they retired into Melville.

Donald was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Reta; brother Wilbert Sedgwick; sister Ruth Woodley; son Kenneth Sedgwick; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He leaves to celebrate his life: his wife, Margaret; children, Sheila (Dale) Thies and Edward (Laura) Sedgwick; grandchildren, a great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed and will remain in our hearts.
