Obituary for Louise Barbara Heuchert (Heil)

Louise was born on July 25, 1918, to Phillipina (nee Rathgeber) and Martin Heil in Lemberg. She was the eighth of ten surviving children. Louise attended Normal School and taught in country schools until she married Paul Heuchert in 1943. They lived on the farm north of town until 1951 when they moved to town for schooling for Gail and Lenore. Following this, Lorna and George were born. When George went to school, Louise returned to teaching, first in the high school and later in the public school. After retirement, Louise and Paul spent many winters in Mesa, Arizona, with family and friends. While at home, they enjoyed being involved with their grandchildren Paul, Leigh and Kyle.
